Q: What are the system requirements of your product and what browsers
does it support?
A: Intertech Converter works on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000 , XP and
Vista.

A: Yes. Available ordering options include: by Credit Card, by
Postal Mail, by Phone, by Purchase Order. Just click

Q: How will I receive the product?
A: Immediately after purchasing you will receive a private download link
for the full version.
Q: How do I use the Converter?
A: After you have installed the software, connect your PSP to your computer.
Open the software and click on the "Convert Manager" tab. Click "Browse."
Choose your video files. Click "Convert and Transfer."
Q: Do you provide free technical support to your product?
A: Yes, we provide free technical support to our users and we will respond
all technical support email in 4working hours.
Q: Can I store converted files on my computer?
A: Yes. Open the software and before you start the conversions, click
"Select Output Folder." Choose the folder you want the files stored in.
Click "Convert." The files will be saved in the folder you chose, and
you can transfer them to your PSP anytime.
Q: What's the difference between the free trial and the real version?
A: All of the features are the same - but the free trial only converts
part of your chosen video file.
Q: My computer crashed! What happened to the Converter?
A: You can send us an email and we'll be happy to send you another copy
of the Converter.
Q. Do I have enough memory on my PSP to store videos?
A. Your PSP should come with a Memory Stick Duo. If it did not, you can
buy one. Depending on how many videos you want to store on your PSP, you
can find them from 32MB up to 2GB.
Q. How do I copy videos I've already converted to my PSP?
A. Open the software and go to the Transfer Manager. Click on all the
files you want from the panel that is showing your hard drive, and drag
them over to the PSP panel. Click "Transfer."
Q. Why are some of the video file thumbnails black?
A. The software creates thumbnail images by capturing the first frame
in the file. Most of the times, it's black. You can change the thumbnail
image for any video by going to the Preview panel, choosing another frame,
and clicking "Change Thumbnail."
